According to CBS 3 in Philadelphia, an elderly woman mistakenly hit the gas pedal instead of the brakes. Her car crashed into the Dunkin Donuts, narrowly avoiding customers. Thankfully, no one was injured.

These types of car accident cases can sometimes turn out differently. The accident lawyers at Mattiacci Law have handled multiple car accident cases where a driver mistakenly hit the accelerator and caused an accident. In one such cases, our lawyers represented a man who was struck by a car that jumped the curb in center city Philadelphia. That driver also failed to hit the brakes, and struck multiple pedestrians. Bill and John helped represent a man who lost his leg in the incident.
